• Minimum age: 18. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service.
• You are responsible for your account security and activity.

• Includes the LeaderStrength™ assessment, scoring, explanatory content, and your downloadable report.
• We may update, improve, or change features at any time for quality, security, and accuracy.

The Service is educational and developmental. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or HR advice.

• We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the assessment and your report for your own non-commercial purposes.
• You must not resell, republish, scrape, train models on, reverse engineer, or otherwise commercially exploit the assessment, scoring, reports, or frameworks without our written permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, extract the item bank, or disrupt the Service.

• All assessment items, scoring logic, frameworks, text, graphics, branding, and downloads are our IP or licensed to us.
• You retain rights in content you provide and grant us a licence to use it to operate and improve the Service.

• One-off reports are sold as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions and team/organisation licences are not offered.
• Refunds: in addition to your statutory rights, we offer a full refund upon request within 30 days of purchase. Email george@george-perrin.com with your order details.

We may anonymise and aggregate response data to improve question quality, scoring, and UX. Aggregated insights contain no personal identifiers.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features. Material changes will be notified in-app.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity.
• Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable liabilities.

Third-party links or integrations have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or services.

By default we do not permit internal organisational sharing of your report. You may choose to share your report yourself.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect users, our IP, or the Service. Sections 6–13 and 15–19 survive termination.

We may update these Terms and will notify material changes in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
