  • Transaction data: purchase details, payment status (handled by Stripe)
  • Assessment data: your answers and scores; report content generated for you
  • Technical data: IP address, device, browser, and usage events for security and diagnostics

Processors providing infrastructure and operations:

  • Base44 (assessment platform / hosting)
  • Stripe (payments processing — we do not see or store full card details)

Providers must follow our instructions and protect your data. We never sell your personal data.

Where data leaves the UK / EEA, we use approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

  • Account and purchase records: retained as required for tax and accounting
  • Assessment responses and scores: used to generate your report, then retained in a form that is always anonymous for analytics and service improvement
  • Emails and support messages: retained as needed to manage your request
